With over 35 years experience in many kitchens of the world, along with other projects related to catering services. My mission is, to create solutions and give professional advise on one or more of the stages, during development of a new or existing project.
Definition, conception and design of catering equipment (furniture, kitchens, hoods, etc…)
In this case, my role is working with the restaurateur, who is developing a new project, to define technical requirements and equipment, and to design the technical/ architectural project of the kitchen.
Along with the sector described in the previous section, I can bring my knowledge and experience, to the definition and design of the various restaurant concepts and food and beverage services, to be installed in the hotel project.
My previous collaborations with architectural or engineering firms, allows me to offer my experience and knowledge, to define spaces and technical requirements necessary for the implementation of various catering areas (restaurants, kitchens, bars etc.)
Alongside these professionals, I can work in two different and complementary ways.
